Where we deliver

We deliver across New Zealand. Delivery times are the same wherever you are: up to 7 working days after dispatch within 2 working days once your order has been handled.

What delivery costs

Standard delivery is free on every order. The shop's free-delivery threshold is $75 and the one product it sells costs more than that, so there is no basket here that pays for standard delivery. The only delivery you can be charged for is the express upgrade below, and it is shown in your cart before you pay.

You can also choose express delivery in the cart for $25.00. Express is a paid upgrade, so that charge applies to every express order, including orders that would otherwise qualify for free delivery.

How long it takes

Orders are handled and packed within 2 working days. Delivery then takes up to 7 working days in transit. There is one product and it is a 240 g tub, so nothing here is oversized, fragile or split across parcels. Rural addresses can take the upper end of that range.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped, which is within 2 working days of your order. We do not receive a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you sooner than that.

Separate parcels

For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If you have received part of an order and are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.
